Leverage Strengths, Offset Risk, and Build Harmony

Drawing on her work as a therapist, consultant, and speaker, Dr. Julie helps audiences understand how pressure, uncertainty, and workplace strain can lower tolerance, increase reactivity, and disrupt relationships at work and at home. Through a warm and accessible approach, she introduces a clear three-part framework: regulate yourself first, identify the deeper reason behind your actions, and build harmony through honest, purposeful connection. This keynote helps participants recognize the strengths they naturally bring to a team, better understand the motives behind other people’s behavior, reduce unnecessary conflict, and create healthier, more resilient workplaces where people feel valued, grounded, and able to do their best work.

For organizations seeking a more hands-on experience, this presentation is also available as a 90-minute interactive workshop. In this format, participants move beyond reflection into guided exercises and small-group discussion designed to help them identify their individual strengths, clarify shared purpose, and apply practical strategies for reducing tension and rebuilding trust. The workshop is well suited for teams navigating change, leadership transitions, communication strain, or workplace stress, and leaves participants with language and tools they can use immediately in their professional relationships.

I attended a one-day workshop Julie organized with yoga, group activities, and a powerful talk on relationships. Julie is an exceptional speaker whose message was clear, engaging, and practical. She created a safe, fun, and reflective space, and I walked away with simple strategies to better preserve my energy in both personal and professional relationships.

Know your Reason

Regulate yourself, Find Your Individual Reason and Restore relational harmony. Before harmony can be rebuilt between people, each person has to settle what is happening within themselves. That means slowing down, noticing reactivity, and choosing not to speak from frustration, defensiveness, or assumption. A regulated person is far more able to respond with clarity and care.
